The Harlequin publishing company and NASCAR, have teamed together to make a miniseries NASCAR related romance books. Are they any good? I haven't the slightest clue, and would really love to hear opinions of others.
Harlequin's website gives this brief description:
"The rush of the professional race car circuit; the thrill of falling in love. These NASCAR romances are sure to keep you on the edge of your seat as you read about the thrilling twists and turns both on the racetrack and on the track to love."
Anyone out there happen to be familiar with this, or have read any Harlequin-NASCAR books? Or if you're curious about these books, please find more information in an article written in the NASCAR website or you can check out the entire set of books at the Harlequin website

I think I will check those out!
Here is my Friday Find: The Silent Governess by Julie Klassen.
I work on the Harlequin NASCAR line, so I'm biased. :-) But I think we have some fantastic writers in the series: Jean Brashear, Maggie Price, Abby Gaines, Dorien Kelly, Marisa Carroll and many more. We have a collection out this month called RACING HEARTS, which features novellas by NYT-bestselling author Vicki Lewis Thompson, Nancy Warren and Dorien Kelly. All the stories are lighthearted contemporaries set in Daytona, at the beginning of racing season. I always tell folks who are non-racing fans that reading Harlequin NASCAR is a little like reading historical romance: you learn about a different way of life while the love story sweeps you away. If you do pick one up, I'd love to know what you think about it!
